Business Overview

The Shyft Group, Inc., formerly Spartan Motors, Inc., is an engineer and manufacturer in the heavy-duty, custom vehicles marketplace. The Company operates through two segments: Fleet Vehicles and Services, and Specialty Chassis and Vehicles.
